Welcome Ethique!

We want to give a very bubbly welcome to our newest HR Today member, Ethique!

Ethique started back in 2012 when Brianne was mixing formulas up in her kitchen at her Christchurch (New Zealand) home. Fast-forward to today and Ethique are saving the planet with plastic-free beauty products from solid beauty bars to lip balms that have home compostable packaging (yes, the tube!). 

With almost 200 million plastic lip balm tubes binned every year and the vast majority never recycled. Ethique think lips needed a shake-up so they created a range dedicated to doing good; for the planet, for people and of course, for your lips. Ethique have their sights set on saving 500 million plastic bottles by the end of 2030.

With HR Today they are able to keep their HR local, getting them in line with fast-changing New Zealand employment law.
